Project Planning and Design:a) Assist in developing detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for utilities and M&E works.b) Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for utility systems and M&E installations.c) Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.d) Define project tasks and resource requirementse) Prepare and manage project documentation and specifications related to M&E systems.
Construction Management:a) Close monitoring to ensure Consultant closely supervises construction activities related to utilities and M&E works to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.b) Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure adherence to plans, and address any issues that arise.c) Coordinate with consultant, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders on construction matters.d) Review Contractor’s Method Statement, Work Programme and Test Results.e) Attend weekly, monthly, and other progress meetings held at the site as requested. Identify constraints and recommend corrective measures.f) Ensure all site operations comply with safety regulations and protocols.
Technical Support:a) Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, particularly for utilities and M&E installations.b) Assist in resolving any technical or engineering challenges that arise during construction.c) Ensure the operational integrity and safety of all utility and M&E systems.d) Ensure that engineering principles and best practices are applied throughout the project. ...
