- Operate process plant as per SOP, (plant start up, shutdown, emergency shutdown, change over and normal operation)
- Monitor process operation and Product Quality as per SOP (processing parameters, utilities consumptions, production target)

- Daily routine housekeeping in plant.
- Perform minor maintenance job (e.g: change leaking air tube, change gasket, fixing and tightening bolt & nut)

- Troubleshoot process abnormalities together with Shift Manager.
- Send plant sample at interval required in SOP and tank sample as per ad hoc request.

Main purpose of role:
