As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our customers by managing and improving the quality of our products and services. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, addressing their concerns, and implementing effective quality control measures throughout the product lifecycle.
A Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for the Lead Quality Assurance and Quality Management System function, which includes Internal/External Audit, Customer Visits/Audits, Product/Manufacturing Process Audits and Document Control. Develop and integrate Document Control System. Establish necessary processes and procedures, which would ensure essential security and controls in place for efficient specifications generation and release. Coordinate reviews of customer specific requirements and maintain approved specific requirements and warrants.
