Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a small team in conducting quality control processes throughout the manufacturing cycle.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective training programs for operators.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and address areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with various departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality documentation.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or above.
• 3 years of working experience in an OEM/ODM Company within electrical or mechanical manufacturing, with a preference for experience in quality control.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written. Good trainer capability is a plus.
• Good eyesight, preferably with vision 1.0 or above.
The Quality Engineer will utilize Quality Engineering tools and practices for the effective and efficient development, transfer and maintenance of products/processes throughout the product lifecycle. The incumbent will also utilize Quality Engineering principles and problem-solving skills to improve and maintain products/processes that are aligned with the overall Quality and Business vision. He/she will utilize appropriate risk management to prevent unanticipated failure modes and improve capability of processes. This person will support processes in base business.

Support quality improvement initiatives such as process and product characterizations that lead to continuous / cost improvements.

1. To coordinate CQE team to handle major quality issues from customer compliant and feedback;
2. Responsible for collecting and confirming quality issues in NPI stage;
3.Lead and handle quality from customer feedback/complaints, improve and follow-up corrective action and respond to 8D reports;
4. To define and make departmental quality objectives and KPI, follow-up of process quality KPI, and promotion of improvement action;
5. Lead and develop product quality control plans and product inspection standards. For Deviation shipment and UAI, to determine whether release the final solution or not based on evidence and data review and risk assessment.
6. Update and promptly convert into internal documents and standards according to customer specifications and requirements. Training and guide inspectors in order to ensure effective execution;
7. Lead the customer's product audit, organize and make internal preparation of relevant audit materials, and promote improvement actions based on the findings and NC items from audit;
8. Follow up on product certification, such as 3C, UL, CE, and production licenses;
9. Follow up on FA and handling of RMA, determine responsibility of root cause, and make RMA summary report;
