1. To help and to assist CSD in attending to complaints pertaining to bedding dept’s products & services. 2. Work closely with CSD (on daily basis) with regards to stock return/exchange from customer to warehouse / store. 3. All refund and sales return must be accompanied with the sales return/ refund form duly completed for approval. 3. Scanning out of sales. 4. Undertake to maintain and improve the overall performance of dept in terms of physical presentation of products on the sales floor. 5. Attend to all staff related matters including recruitments, leave application, duty roster, disputes, personal presentation, training in sales, product knowledge and etc.
