3.1 FOKUS membuat jualan kerjasama promosi dan kutipan setiap hari pada outlet sebanyak 6 hari seminggu dengan 25 hari sebulan, mengikut sasaran yang di beri.
3.2 Membuat lawatan outlet sebanyak 8 outlet minimum sehari. Jika kurang dari 6 outlet, akan di kira separuh hari.
3.3 Menutup outlet tidak berpotensi, dan membuka outlet baru, dan listing sku baru di dalam route yang di beri setiap bulan.
3.4 Membuat ‘Wet Sampling’, demonstrasi produk dengan menerangkan dengan baik kepada pengguna, pelanggan, pekedai restoran dan sebagainya.
3.5 Mengemaskini data contact pelanggan dan individu pembuat keputusan di kedai untuk mengambil order, bayaran dan promosi pameran (display promotion) setiap hari.
3.6 Mengemaskini jadual perjalanan bulanan, dan ROUTE MAP setiap akhir bulan.
3.7 Menyusun produk syarikat mengikut SOP (dipamer baik) dan pantas membuat pertukaran / pulangan sekiranya stok telah melebihi tempoh percubaan 3 bulan, (tidak rosak atau tamat tempoh.)
3.8 Memasang alat bantuan jualan (marketing tools) yang di sediakan dengan bijak, di tempat yang mampu menghasilkan jualan maksima.
3.9 Membuat posting perkongsian di media social (Status, news feed, reels) di akaun rasmi yang di daftarkan untuk urusan kerja.
3.10 Memberi rumusan / laporan servis pada setiap hari bekerja melalui aplikasi Whatsapp sebagai bukti kehadiran.
