Qualifications & experience ...

- Provides clinical support to healthcare professionals on operative plan, preparation prior to surgery and during surgery - Execute sales strategies and action plans in order to achieve sales target. - Build, develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and key opinion leaders. - Initiate sales / marketing activities, in-service sessions consistently. - Gather and collect market intelligence for existing and future planning. - Organize professional support programs and workshops. - Develop and maintain new and existing client. - Undertake assigned ad-hoc function and related duties specified by company

Responsibilities: 1. Manage social media Platforms: Oversee and optimize our presence, focusing on visibility, engagement, and sales performance. 2. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize strong data analysis skills to track, forecast, and report key store metrics for each platform. Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to achieve KPIs. 3. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. 4. Identify and build strong relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders; communicating with social influencers will be necessary. 5. Manage digital media influencer marketing campaigns, creating and executing project work plans and schedules. 6. Analyze and present on client campaign performance metrics. 7. Develop content ideas and write and curate content. 8. Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users. 9. Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns. 10. Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers. 11. Creating and administering content on company social media platforms to help develop brand awareness. 12. Work alongside the client’s internal team, agency, or/and our partners’ Content & Digital PR team to define and manage the Social Media strategy. Requirements: • Have at least 20K followers on TikTok, Facebook, YouTube & Instagram. • Passionate for everything social, posting, creating content. • Who loves to keep up on what’s trending by checking social media, blogs, telegram channels, or other social media sites. • “Insta-stalking” key and micro-influencers in the local landscape. • Love meeting and talking to people “digitally”. • Result oriented with never-say-die attitude. • Experience in sales planning or account management in advertising, media, and/or influencer marketing (ideal). Sales experience is a major plus! • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Must be professional and a collaborative team player. • Must have excellent communication skills and be highly organized. • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt to change. • Ability to make good judgment calls and proactively problem solve. • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information. • BS/BA Degree in relevant area of study.
