EDUCATION
• A bachelor's degree from (Printing Technology, Business Admin, Public Admin & Marketing) accredited university or college in the relevant field with sales exposure is the minimum eligibility criteria to make an entry.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a client portfolio in alignment with assigned account distribution
- Proactively generate new sales opportunities, identify prospects and assess leads, targeting both FIT and group segments in the B2B market
- Responsively address sales inquiries from potential clients and customers seeking various services
- Conduct property tours to showcase facilities and amenities
- Prepare comprehensive proposals and contracts for the hotel, ensuring adherence to established SOPs and current business and pricing conditions

3. Check all documents for claims to ensure it's complete for submission
4. Follow up with sales team on document submission, completeness and compliance
5. Deal with principal's representative and HQ PICs on claim processing
6. Prepare, update and follow up on claim tracker with principal's PIC
7. Follow up with principals on CN generation after submission of claims
8. Manage rejected claims, identify issues and find solutions with sales team
9. Complete the CN/claim matching in system after done checking
10.Upload claims transactions in DMS for selected principals with DMS
11.Scan all completed claims document (submitted) into company's server and do filing
12.Coordinate any request from sales manager or principal regarding claim arrangement
13.Regular checking for any miss out, dispute, rejection, short reimbursement, etc to ensure all budget is recovered
