1. Contact and meet potential industrial client related to agriculture systems.
2. Ensure the achievement of monthly sales targets.
3. Contribute ideas and sales strategies.
4. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
5. Maintain a good business relationship with customers.
6. Communicate with sales admin to submit quotation and proposal to the customers.
7. Responsible to get customer SSM, contact numbers and email address.
8. Plan a weekly schedule before going outstation and prepare a report upon returning from the outstation.
9. Report on sales activities and result.
10. Plan and set up for any event or exhibition.
11. Follow up the payments with customer.
12. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments.

As part of the team, the Pre-Sales Salesman will be in charge serving and securing sales from retailers. Apart from that, this headcount will be ensuring market hygiene by rotating the FMCG goods at the retailer’s outlet as well as expanding the amount of wallet share captured at these outlets. As our business scales to meet customer demand, The goal is to enable our business model to grow speedily and sustainably.
The candidate will be directly involved in:
- Visiting, servicing and conduct sales at assigned area/outlets that was routed by the Sales Supervisor
- Visiting minimum of 15 outlets per day
- Penetrate new area/state that acknowledge & agreed by the Sales Supervisor
- To achieve monthly sales of RM30,000 (To be revise on quarter basis)
- Exploring, identifying & recruiting wholesaler in the assign area
- Explain Trade Marketing mechanics (National or Local program)
- Encouraging retailer to download App and assist them to claim the Cashback on the App - Ensuring 100% of daily collection vs Amast must be tallied
- All outlet outstanding must be cleared before due date
