Quality-related matters- Work closely with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Planning and Quality departments to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.- Identify and coordinate the appropriate internal person-in-charge (PIC) to resolve customer requests efficiently.- Source and recommend suitable domestic suppliers based on customers' technical and commercial requirements.- Support project coordination from quotation stage through production and delivery.- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic sales reports.
