Besides preparing quotations and developing new business opportunities, you will serve as the primary contact point for customers throughout the entire project lifecycle.The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills, a keen interest in engineering and manufacturing, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.Key Responsibilities- Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customers' technical requirements.- Develop and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments.- Coordinate customer enquiries relating to:a. Production statusb. Delivery schedulesc. Technical clarificationsd. Quality-related matters- Work closely with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Planning and Quality departments to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.- Identify and coordinate the appropriate internal person-in-charge (PIC) to resolve customer requests efficiently.- Source and recommend suitable domestic suppliers based on customers' technical and commercial requirements.- Support project coordination from quotation stage through production and delivery.- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic sales reports.
