FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
• Select proper cutting programs and fixtures.

Qualification:

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in this related field is required for this position.
Knowledge in plastic manufacturing is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
To follow up repairing mold jig and fixture as per schedule or propose repairing which ever necessary.
To follow up testing with production for new tooling and jig use.
Liaise jig fixtures design with tooling.
Continuous improvement in relation to efficiency and running cost by more efficient use of material.
Part specification control including cosmetic and drawing specification.
Process troubleshoot for new and existing models.
Ensure to follow safe work procedure and to use personal protective equipment according to safety instruction at workplace.

Qualification
1. Minimum SPM, SPMV, SKM or equivalent.
2. At least 1 years working experience pin plastic industry especially in injection moulding.

1. To plan and implement mould maintenance according to schedule.
2. To ensure all moulds are in good condiiton such as cleanliness, label and functioning through dailt inspection.
3. To ensure all data related is up to date such as no of short and problem history.
Function
1. To attend to in-house maintenance and repairing of mould/die, machinery and tooling
2. Troubleshoot mould failure and repairing, perform service and maintenance
3. To make sure all mould in good condition before use
4. To make sure all mould service follow the production schedule
5. Update moukd service and maintenance history record without fail to reduce machine downtime
6. Report if there are any mould parts that need to be replace

- To perform daily activities of manufacturing of wire cable at production line follow Safety Work Instruction Requirement.
- To check and ensure that line parameters are in order and in conformity with stipulated or recommended specifications of the production line.

Analyze and identify machineries problems through daily routine checking and preventative maintenance record inclusive in finding best possible solution
Lathe and turning machine operators set up, program and tend lathe and turning machines designed to cut excess metal from a metal workpiece using a hardened cutting tool moved by computer-controlled motors. They read lathe and turning machine blueprints and tooling instructions, perform regular machine maintenance, and make adjustments to the lathe controls, such as the depth of cuts and the rotation speed.
Requirements:-
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic discipline or any related technical field.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in Facility and/or Machine Maintenance.
- Additional Certification and knowledge on CNC, welding & brazing, metal fabrication works and/or freezer chiller system will be an added advantages.
- Ability to work on shift rotation including weekend/public holiday.

- To perform breakdown troubleshooting, periodical maintenance and kaizen/improvement on equipment and machinery in the factory as per the instruction and schedule.
- To maintain and update the Preventive Maintenance activity progress, utilization of spare part, consumables parts and tools of all equipment and machinery.
- To record and update equipment history database including the Condition Base Monitoring (CBM) or Predictive Maintenance (PdM) for equipment's health tracking and monitoring.
- To perform the data collection and update through Condition Base Monitoring (CBM) or Predictive Maintenance (PdM) System.
- To support the installation monitoring, supervision and start-up of new equipment or ancillary system project.
