Job Summary:

Retail Assistant is responsible for assisting customers, replenishing shelves, maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the supermarket is clean, organized, and operating smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases.
• Replenish shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
• Monitor stock levels, product expiry dates, and pricing labels.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the supermarket.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and arranging incoming stock.
• Support cashier operations when required.
• Ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous retail or supermarket experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, honest, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
