What We’re Looking For

• Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or a related finance function.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.

• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and P&L analysis.

• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different departments.

• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Develop annual templates for budgets, actual vs. budget comparisons, and financial roll forwards for the new fiscal year.

2. Assist in consolidating annual budgets and forecasts for the organization.

3. Monitor and analyze performance against budget, track KPIs for each region at each closing, identify variances, and provide insightful commentary.

4. Collaborate with various other departments and cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and provide analytical support.

5. Support month-end accounting activities, including reviewing Profit & Loss statements and completing other related tasks.

6. Identify opportunities for improving current operational processes and recommend enhancements.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

8. Engage in ad hoc projects and take on additional duties as needed.
