We are seeking a confident, proactive, and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, making outbound calls, introducing FMX's logistics solutions, qualifying potential customers, and arranging appointments for the Business Development team.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and customer engagement. Fresh graduates who are confident and eager to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Telesales & Lead Generation

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce FMX's logistics services and identify potential customers.
• Generate sales leads through cold calling, online research, referrals, and company databases.
• Identify prospects and understand their business needs and logistics requirements.
• Maintain and update the prospect database and follow up on potential sales opportunities.

2. Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting

• Assess and qualify prospects based on their business needs, shipment volume, and logistics requirements.
• Identify suitable leads and refer qualified prospects to the Business Development team.
• Arrange and coordinate business meetings and appointments with potential customers.
• Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and maintain accurate records of meeting arrangements.

3. Customer Engagement

• Communicate professionally with prospects and customers through telephone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Provide basic information about FMX's services and respond to general enquiries.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate enquiries when necessary.

4. Sales Administration & Reporting

• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the CRM system.
• Record daily call activities, customer feedback, lead progress, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare regular telesales, lead generation, and performance reports.
• Assist with sales documentation and other administrative tasks.

5. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to support lead conversion and business growth.
• Participate in sales meetings, product briefings, and training programmes.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve telesales activities and customer engagement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, call centre, or sales support is an advantage.
• Experience in freight forwarding, courier, logistics, or supply chain will be an added advantage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Able to conduct online research and gather relevant customer information.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.

Monday to Friday
8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (5.0 days)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
