Sepenuh Masa Purchasing Cum Admin (Construction) Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,800 in C & P Builder Sdn Bhd Klang - Maukerja

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Purchasing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in purchasing or administrative roles.

Experience in the Construction Industry is preferred.

Knowledge of Civil & Structural (C&S) materials and construction terminology is required.

Familiar with construction materials, specifications, and supplier sourcing.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.

Able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Handle daily purchasing activities and prepare Purchase Orders (PO).

Source new suppliers and obtain quotations.

Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms with suppliers.

Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Coordinate with site personnel, project team, and suppliers regarding material requirements.

Maintain purchasing records and proper documentation.

Monitor inventory levels and assist in material planning when required.

Perform general administrative duties and filing.
