Kerja Sepenuh Masa MACHINERY SALES, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Farmtrac Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell agricultural machinery, implements, spare parts, and related products.
• Identify and develop new customers such as farmers, agricultural contractors, plantations, dealers, and government/agriculture-related organizations.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and follow up on repeat purchases.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain machine specifications, functions, benefits, and suitable applications.
• Understand customers’ agricultural needs and recommend suitable machinery or implements.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up sales enquiries until closing.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Conduct field visits to farms, plantations, workshops, and customer locations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor products, pricing, and customer demand.
• Coordinate with suppliers, service/technical teams, and management regarding orders, delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
• Follow up on payments, delivery status, warranty matters, and customer complaints when required.
• Maintain proper records of customers, enquiries, quotations, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Attend agricultural exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, and promotional events.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
• Perform other sales and business development duties assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• Experience in machinery, agriculture, automotive, engineering, or related sales is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Willing to travel and visit customers in farms/plantations.
• Able to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Basic knowledge of agricultural machinery is an advantage.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
