• Handle customer enquiries via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
• Track shipment status and provide regular updates to customers.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, and other related paperwork.
• Handle customer complaints, delivery discrepancies, and shipment issues professionally.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, and internal departments to resolve operational issues.
• Update shipment information, delivery records, and customer details in the system.
• Follow up on pending deliveries, proof of delivery (POD), and outstanding matters.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely responses to customer enquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, or a related industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Monday to Friday / Shift basis (depending on operational requirements).
• Salary: Based on experience.
• Training will be provided where necessary.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
