Minimum 1–2 years of F&B/service experience.

Previous team leader or supervisory experience is an added advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Able to lead, guide, and motivate the service team.

Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.Able to handle customer complaints and operational issues.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Able to follow company SOPs and service standards.

Good teamwork and positive attitude.

Supervise and coordinate service staff to ensure efficient, timely customer service

Develop and implement service procedures and standards to maintain a consistent customer experience

Monitor inventory levels and place orders for beverages and front-of-house supplies to maintain adequate stoc

Collaborate with management to create and refine service protocols in line with the restaurant's hospitality vision

Maintain a clean and organised dining environment, following all health and safety regulations

Provide training and mentorship to service staff to develop their customer service skills

Communicate effectively with the back-of-house team for seamless service delivery

Monitor sales trends and peak periods to prepare efficient staff schedules and control labour costs

Oversee essential outlet documentation, ensuring all staff personal files (e.g. typhoid vaccinations, food handling certificates) are up to date and compliant with local health regulations
