Responsibilities
- Final machine integration, installation, wiring, testing & debugging
- Setup and support semiconductor molding, trim & form, and sawing equipment
- Provide application and technical support to customers and internal teams
- Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/system issues independently
- Support machine buy-off, FAT/SAT, machine demo and customer site activities
- Participate in continuous improvement and testing optimization projects
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in semiconductor equipment, automation, machine integration, testing or field service environment
- Knowledge of system/tooling concepts, assembly drawings, machining processes & GD&T is an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills
- Willing to travel for customer support when required
