Kerja Sepenuh Masa, HR Executive di Armani Group (Property Development) Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Assist the superior in managing departmental operations and projects.
• Assist in payroll processing and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
• Act as a checker to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance of all HR and payroll transactions.
• Provide coaching, guidance and support to team member in handling operational issues.
• Address employee queries relating to payroll and other HR administration matters.
• Support recruitment activities.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including probation, confirmation, promotion, transfer, contract renewal, resignation and offboarding.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally and in line with company policies.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• At least Five (5) years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment law, IR, labour practices and statutory requirements.
