Good English communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage.

Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, trade, or customs operations.

Responsible, proactive, and able to work well with a team.

Willing to work shifts, including night shifts.

Review Europe import/export documents and prepare customs declaration documents.

Monitor customs clearance status, follow up on required documents, and handle issues to avoid delays.

Check customs duties and taxes, update the system, and send tax notices and documents to customers.

Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
