We are looking for a dedicated Stewarding Executive to oversee day-to-day stewarding operations and ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are consistently maintained across kitchens and food service areas within our park.

Operational Supervision

• Supervise stewarding team members in daily stewarding operations including dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen and service areas

• Ensure adequate staffing levels to support operational requirements and functions

• Monitor work performance and ensure tasks are completed efficiently

• Maintain HACCP standards within the kitchen and surrounding areas at all times

• Ensure that the usage and distribution of chemicals and operating equipment is correctly managed and recorded

• Conduct daily spot checks to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in the kitchen and adjacent areas

Hygiene & Sanitation Compliance

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation across all food preparation and washing areas in accordance with company standards

• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and stewarding equipment

Equipment & Inventory Management

• Conduct regular inventory checks of operating equipment and maintain proper records

• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report maintenance or replacement needs

• Possess product knowledge in operating service equipment (OSE)

Team Coordination

• Provide guidance and support to stewarding team members during daily operations

• Ensure team members follow established cleaning and safety procedures

• Oversee operations by leading, managing shift handovers with cleaning staff, and ensuring all tasks are followed through and completed

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in stewarding or hospitality operations

• Knowledge of F&B operations, kitchen equipment, and cleaning chemicals

• Food hygiene and fire safety certifications are an advantage

• Ability to perform shift work and work in a fast-paced environment
