Design Consultancy

1.      Design & plotting lighting plan from Client requirement.

2.      Work out budgetary

3.      Attend meeting, site visit and site coordination

4.      Prepare presentation slide

5.      Prepare as built drawings & Light adjustments

1.      Communicate with designer on design conceptual

2.      Designing & plotting with Lighting selection

3.      Work on budgetary

4.      Communicate with local vendors to facilitate appropriates pricing and stock availability for all the design applications

5.      Coordinate with project coordinate on goods delivery / quotation / specification

6.      Negotiating contracts and close deals

7.      Software Proficiency: Using AutoCAD, Revit, or to produce precise 2D drawings.

8.      Design Coordination: Coordinating with architects, interior designers, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams to ensure lighting fits within overall project designs.

9.      Site Planning: Preparing and revising electrical plans, schematics, and structural shop drawings for construction.

10.  Technical Compliance: Ensuring all layouts comply with safety standards and project requirements.
