Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), and basic digital tools.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiencyis anadded advantage.

Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Able to manage and handle confidential or sensitive information responsibly.

Accompany sales designers to site visits (as needed) to take notes for quotation and costing purposes.

Attend project and company meetings with managers, designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients.

Participate in internal sales and product training sessions organized by the company.

Maintain accurate records of project costs, progress, and updates.

Prepare and deliver quotations, invoices, and receipts to clients via online platforms.

Assist in preparing and tracking payments to suppliers and designers, ensuring proper documentation.

Check and prepare designers’ cover sheets and other supporting documents.

Coordinate and liaise with other administrators, designers, and external vendors or suppliers.

Comply with company policies and demonstrate professionalism as a team member.
