IT Support (Primary)

- Provide basic IT support to staff, including email setup, access issues, and simple troubleshooting

- Maintain and monitor internal systems, tools, and software to ensure smooth daily operations

- Liaise with external IT vendors for issues beyond internal capability

Administrative Support (Secondary)

- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filling up forms and simple documentation

- Support general office administration and day-to-day operational needs

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Admin, or related field

- Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting

- Comfortable working with digital tools and simple automation/bot updates

- Organized, responsible, and willing to handle hands-on admin tasks

- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin is a must to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
