Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual who enjoys coordinating with people and ensuring things run smoothly? We are looking for a Procurement Assistant to support our purchasing operations and play a key role in ensuring materials and supplies are delivered on time.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are eager to learn, grow their procurement skills, and build a long-term career in supply chain and purchasing.
Language Required: English | Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin & Cantonese will be an added advantage)
Minimum Education Required: SPM
Experience Level: At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
Skills: Knowledge in procurement. Possess effective communication & good team player. Competency certificates will be an added advantage
Tanggungjawab
1. Responsible for all the procurement for local.
Issue Purchase Order upon receive order from Operation Department. Ensure the on-time delivery schedule and quantity.
2. Purchase Documentation Process (Local and Returns)
Local – Ensure all Purchase Order tally with Deliver Order / Purchase Invoice to proceed with Good Received Note (GRN).
Return – Proceed Goods Returns with proper documentation and highlight the root cause for future reference.
Follow up the outstanding deliveries and review deliveries against the order then report to Superior
Assisting in Import documentation and process
3. Update Supplier’s Profile according to GMP requirement
Maintaining and update Supplier’s information, requirements and pricing in the system.
Request product specification, MSDS/SDS, COA, Halal of raw & packaging materials from suppliers
4. License and Reporting
Assisting in process renewal of License
Ensure all reports are submit on time
5. Stock Take
Toenhances work integration and communication with internal departments (store and production personnel) to meet stock level, order and delivery requirements.
Inventory turns / Inventory aging / Inventory obsolescence, to update inhouse stocks status for all products on monthly basis.
Replenishment of periodical inhouse stocking & Year End Stock Take
6. Ad-hoc Documentation and Filing
To perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by superior from time to time.
