Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite Skills
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience with embroidery digitizing software or laser plotting file preparation will be an added advantage.
Technical Production Knowledge
Good understanding of translating flat graphic files onto textile surfaces, vector-to-laser formatting, and heat press substrate limitations.
Project Management
Ability to manage artwork timelines effectively and work within tight vendor production deadlines.
Communication Skills
Fluent in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate creative concepts clearly to business stakeholders and technical specifications to vendors.
Education & Experience
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Apparel/Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related creative disciplines.
Preferably 3–5 years of relevant commercial design experience, ideally within retail or a creative agency environment.
Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also encouraged to apply.

Drive the brand's visual identity across retail touchpoints by leading the end-to-end creative lifecycle for consumer personalization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Concept Creation
Mood Boards & Trend Research: Conduct localized market research and analyze current street, sportswear, and cultural trends to build seasonal visual concepts and design direction mood boards.
Hyperlocal Campaigns: Design exclusive, culturally relevant graphics and concepts for major seasonal milestones
Product & Design (Made For You & City Shop)
Customization Assets: Design, retail-ready customization assets including embroidery graphics, patches, vinyl heat press stickers, and accessories for footwear / hardware
Compliance & IP: Ensuring strict adherence to global brand guidelines, intellectual property (IP) rules, and specific artist/partner design criteria.
Special Make-Up (SMU): Lead the apparel and graphic design execution for exclusive local products and City Shop collections.
Vendor Production Management & Quality Control
Production Handover: Convert artwork into production-ready files tailored for complex machine processes (example: Embroidery, UV Laser engraving, and Heat Press printing)
Material Quality Assurance: Collaborate with vendors to establish proper technical specs, raw material benchmarks, run sample testing to ensure quality assurance is achieved.
DTC Activation & Cross-Functional Collaboration
In-Store Activations: Collaborate tightly with the DTC Activation team to conceptualize and design Gift With Purchase (GWP) items and experiential in-store design activations.
Visual Storytelling: Partner with Brand and Retail Marketing to ensure that customization design are flawlessly integrated into the wider retail launch calendar.
