Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience in BMS, PLC, SCADA, Industrial Automation, or Building Control Systems.

Familiar with PLC programming, HMI configuration, control panel design, electrical schematics, and I/O schedules.

Knowledge of Modbus RTU/TCP, BACnet, Ethernet/IP, or other industrial communication protocols.

Able to communicate in English and Mandarin, as the role requires coordination with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and project teams.

Carry out PLC programming, HMI/SCADA configuration, BMS integration, testing, and troubleshooting.

Prepare control schematics, I/O lists, network architecture diagrams, method statements, and technical documentation.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

Support FAT, SAT, site testing, system commissioning, and project handover activities.

Provide technical support for PTU, E-House, data centre, electrical, HVAC, and monitoring system integration.
