Job Summary
Responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, sales growth, and business performance. The Senior Marketing Executive will lead marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and coordinate with internal and external teams to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Plan annual/monthly marketing campaigns, promotions, and activities.
Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements.
2. Brand Management
Strengthen and maintain company brand image across all channels.
Ensure consistency of branding, messaging, and promotional materials.
Develop creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and customer experience.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage social media platforms including content planning, posting, and engagement.
Develop digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.).
Monitor online performance, customer feedback, and engagement results.
Coordinate with designers/content creators for marketing materials.
4. Campaign & Promotion Management
Organize and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Track campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
Work closely with sales teams to support revenue growth.
5. Content & Communication
Create marketing content including advertisements, posters, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Prepare marketing copywriting and communication materials.
Ensure all marketing messages are attractive and customer-focused.
6. Customer & Market Analysis
Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and market trends.
Identify new customer segments and business opportunities.
Provide recommendations based on market insights.
7. Team & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, influencers, and partners.
Manage relationships with marketing vendors and service providers.
Guide junior marketing staff and support team development.
8. Reporting & Budget Management
Prepare monthly marketing reports and KPI performance updates.
Monitor marketing expenses and ensure effective budget utilization.
Measure ROI from marketing activities.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
Experience in campaign planning and execution.
Creative thinking with strong communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
