Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Coffee Studies, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Hospitality, Retail, Lifestyle Brands, or Specialty Coffee.
Experience in B2B sales or account management is an added advantage.
Coffee brewing or barista experience is highly desirable.
Experience organizing events, workshops, or community activations will be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Passionate about specialty coffee, consumer experiences, and lifestyle brands.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Possess good organizational and time management skills.
Willing to travel for customer visits, events, and brand activations.
Possess a valid driving license and own transportation is an advantage.
Tanggungjawab
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities within cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and hospitality businesses.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with café owners, operators, and purchasing decision-makers.
Grow sales of specialty coffee beans and coffee equipment across targeted market segments.
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, customer meetings, quotations, negotiations, onboarding, and account development.
Identify opportunities for retail, hospitality, and strategic business partnerships.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Brand Experience & Activation
Promote Coffeeguru's portfolio of specialty coffee brands through engaging customer experiences.
Plan and execute brewing demonstrations, coffee tasting sessions, workshops, and product activations.
Support café partners in creating memorable customer coffee experiences.
Assist with merchandising, product displays, and in-store brand presentation.
Work closely with the Marketing team to execute offline campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
Represent the company at coffee exhibitions, trade shows, industry events, and brand activations.
Relationship Management
Develop strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and account growth.
Provide product education and consultation to customers and business partners.
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify trends and new business opportunities.
Deliver exceptional customer service while strengthening brand loyalty
