Kerja Sepenuh Masa Project Manager – High-rise Construction, Gaji tinggi MYR 10,000 di BT Setia Selangor - Maukerja

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in building construction, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role handling high-rise buildings (min. 20 storeys or equivalent GDV/complexity)

Proven track record of successfully delivering high-rise residential/commercial projects from start to completion

Strong knowledge of construction methods for high-rise structures, including piling, RC frame, formwork systems (e.g., table form, climbing form), and MEP coordination

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage large multidisciplinary project teams

Solid understanding of construction contracts (PAM, PWD, CIDB standard forms) and contract administration

Proficient in project management tools/software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and general MS Office applications

Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders

Willingness to be based on-site and travel between project sites as required

Lead end-to-end project management of high-rise construction projects, from mobilization to final handover and defects liability period (DLP)

Develop and manage overall project master schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress against baseline and implement corrective actions as needed

Oversee site operations, coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure works are executed to specification, on time, and within budget

Manage the full project team including site agents, engineers, quantity surveyors, and safety personnel

Ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, contract documents, and relevant authority requirements (e.g., CIDB, DOSH, local authorities)

Chair and manage project progress meetings, site coordination meetings, and client/consultant liaison meetings

Monitor and control project cost, including variation orders, claims, and cash flow forecasting, working closely with the QS/commercial team

Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards on site; enforce CIDB and DOSH compliance

Implement and monitor quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) systems in line with company and regulatory standards

Identify project risks proactively and develop mitigation strategies; manage contractual and technical issues as they arise
