Kelayakan
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Palm Oil Mill processes, machinery, and industrial equipment.
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or Project Management within the Palm Oil Mill (POM) or industrial machinery sector is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
- Willing and able to travel frequently for local and overseas site work, client meetings, and business development.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the company internationally.
- Finalizing move to Kapar, Klang (Candidates must be able to commute to both locations).
Tanggungjawab
- Technical Sales & Business Development: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the Palm Oil Mill (POM), heavy machinery, and industrial equipment sectors.
- Travel locally and internationally to meet clients, conduct sales presentations, site visits, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential global clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical solutions for Palm Oil Mill machinery and systems.
- Prepare and present technical sales proposals, quotations, tenders, and engineering documents.
- Design, develop, and propose improvements to Palm Oil Mill machinery and systems where required.
- Coordinate closely with the Engineering and Production teams to ensure project requirements are properly understood and fulfilled.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, production teams, and clients throughout project execution.
- Support project execution, including fabrication, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support to customers.
- Provide technical advice and product knowledge support to the sales team and customers.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and cost control where involved in project execution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular sales and project reports to management.
