Role Description The Site Safety Supervisor is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing health and safety practices across project sites and supporting on-site teams. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring compliance with safety regulations, reviewing method statements and risk assessments, and coordinating safety inspections and audits via remote tools and communication channels. The supervisor will develop and deliver safety training materials, track incident reports, and guide accident investigation procedures with site personnel. This role also involves maintaining safety documentation, advising on occupational health risks, and collaborating with project managers to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and Occupational Health knowledge, with familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in Safety Engineering and Safety Training, including the ability to design and deliver practical safety programs.
• Candidates should possess experience in Accident Investigation, incident reporting, and root-cause analysis.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work remotely with diverse site and project teams.
• Diploma or degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) and prior experience in construction or piling works are an advantage.
• Ability to use digital tools for remote monitoring, reporting, and documentation, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
