F&B Service Experience: Hands-on experience in table service, order taking, menu recommendations, and POS cashiering.

Customer-Centric Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact warmly with patrons and communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Physical Stamina: Comfort with standing, walking, and carrying meal trays across shifts in a busy dining room.

Health & Hygiene: High standards of personal cleanliness and possession of (or willingness to obtain) a Food Handler Certificate and typhoid vaccination.

Adaptability & Multitasking: Ability to handle menu modifications, process bills accurately, and assist teammates during peak rushes.

Warm Guest Hospitality & Seating: Greet arriving patrons with a welcoming attitude, present menus, assist with table seating, and answer questions about daily specials or menu offerings.

Accurate Order Taking & Cashiering: Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems or chits, handle special dietary requests, and process cash or card payments.

Prompt Food & Beverage Service: Deliver meals, specialty coffee, and drinks from the kitchen or bar counter directly to tables, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.

Table Bussing & Dining Sanitation: Clear used tableware, wipe and sanitize tables between seatings, sweep dining areas, and restock service stations with cutlery, napkins, and condiments.

Opening & Closing Shift Operations: Complete daily checklist tasks—including setting up service stations before opening, restocking supplies, and conducting end-of-shift sanitation duties.
