Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models for M&E systems, including: HVAC / ACMV systems, Electrical systems (power, lighting, cable routing), Plumbing & sanitary systems, Fire protection systems.
• Produce detailed 3D models, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using BIM software.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with other disciplines (architectural, structural, civil).
• Ensure models comply with project standards, specifications, and BIM execution plans (BEP).
• Participate in coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Update models based on design changes and site requirements.
• Support quantity take-offs and technical documentation from BIM model.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in BIM modelling (M&E scope).
• Must have project experience in at least one of the following: Data centers, Industrial projects / plants, Factories, Warehouses, Cleanrooms, Semiconductor facilities.
• Proficient in: Autodesk Revit (essential), Navisworks (clash detection), AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems in mission-critical / industrial environments.
• Familiar with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and coordination workflows.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
