What will you be doing?

1. Sales & Revenue Delivery

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, volume, and profitability targets.
• Monitor area sales performance and take immediate action on gaps.
• Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company objectives.

2. Distributor / Channel Management

• Manage distributor performance, including sales force productivity, stock management, and coverage.
• Ensure healthy distributor inventory levels and timely replenishment.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with distributors (MBR).

3. In-Store Execution & Trade Activation

• Ensure product availability, distribution expansion, and planogram compliance.
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitor activities at store level.
• Drive trade marketing programs, sampling, and visibility initiatives.

4. Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, weekly updates, and market reports.
• Analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable plans.

What you bring?

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution-driven industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong people management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel/Power BI.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
