About the role

As a QA Executive in a bakery manufacturing setting, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the overall quality and safety of the bakery products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of quality control activities, inspections, and test results.
• Prepare and update documentation related to food compliance and certifications.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on quality control requirements.
• Investigate and address customer complaints related to quality concerns.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field in bakery manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Halal certification processes and requirements.
• Quality assurance: 2 years (Required)
• HACCP: 1 year (Required)
