Job Description

• Promote Alwis products and contribute to achieving daily sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Support daily sales operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Follow up on orders and customer requests.
• Maintain customer records, sales reports and related documentation.
• Assist in planning and carrying out sales and marketing activities.
• Work directly with Chef Alwi on sales and marketing initiatives to grow Alwis’ business.

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in sales support or similar role.
• Experience in selling food products is an added advantage.
• Confident, articulate and persuasive when communicating with customers.
• Pleasant personality, attractive appearance and polite manners.
• Creative, proactive and able to contribute ideas to increase sales.
• Energetic, responsible and willing to take initiative.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
