• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.

• Minimum of 1 year(s) of relevant working experience is preferred.

• Establish and nurture long-term client relationships by gaining a clear understanding of their design preferences, project requirements, and budget considerations.

• Assess client needs and provide professional advice, offering appropriate solutions that align with their expectations and project objectives.

• Develop detailed quotations, cost breakdowns, and project proposals with a high level of accuracy.

• Coordinate effectively with clients and internal design teams to facilitate seamless project delivery and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

• Organize project timelines, key milestones, deliverables, and workflow activities to ensure structured and efficient execution.

• Track project status closely, anticipate potential challenges or delays, and take appropriate action to address issues and keep projects on schedule.

• Attend project sites as necessary to monitor on-site progress, coordinate with relevant parties, and support the successful completion and handover of projects.
