About the role

LUCENT DIAGNOSTICS SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services within a dynamic, patient-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting registered nurses in providing direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and helping with daily living activities
• Documenting patient information and maintaining accurate medical records
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Offering emotional support and comfort to patients
• Performing routine tasks such as transporting patients, making beds, and replenishing supplies

What we're looking for

• Certificate in Nursing Assistant or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar healthcare role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to provide excellent patient care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,243.23 per month
