About the Role

We are looking for a Client Success Specialist who can build strong client relationships, manage ongoing projects and turn incoming leads into long-term business partnerships.

This is a target-based role with a $20,000 target. Leads are provided by the company, and the CSS is responsible for following up, understanding client needs, managing objections and converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client communication during assigned working hours and respond promptly to messages.
• Follow up with company-provided leads, understand their requirements and work towards conversions.
• Build trust with clients and develop long-term working relationships.
• Track active clients, project milestones, blockers and resolved issues in the client success sheet.
• Attend internal review meetings and coordinate with the delivery team.
• Set clear expectations and keep clients informed about project progress.
• Use ChatGPT and Claude to draft client updates, summarise meetings, prepare handover notes and improve communication quality.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established processes.

Eligibility and Skills

• Graduates from any educational background may apply.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Empathy, patience and a client-first approach.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups without losing track of details.
• Strong organisation, accountability and attention to detail.
• Sales, business development, account management, customer success or client servicing experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable working towards targets and handling objections professionally.
• Personal laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory.
• Willingness to work six days a week and take either a day or night shift as required.

Compensation and Working Conditions

• Annual CTC: ₹3–5 LPA.
• Performance is target-based, with a stated $20,000 target. Candidates should clarify the target period and how achievement is measured during the recruitment process.
• Full-time position with one weekly day off, either Saturday or Sunday.
• Shift timings will be assigned according to business needs.
