Key Responsibilities

• Client Management – Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and managing expectations.
• Team Leadership – Oversee project teams, ensuring KPIs are met and providing guidance and motivation.
• POSMs & Premiums Management – Manage inventory, allocation, and distribution, keeping accurate records.
• Reporting & Data Analysis – Analyze retail performance, create reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Recruitment & Team Building – Hire and manage project staff, including supervisors, merchandisers, and promoters.
• Financial Management – Oversee budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation

Job Requirements

• 2–5 years of project management experience (preferably in FMCG).
• Strong leadership, recruitment, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel and provide weekend support when needed

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
