JOB SUMMARY :

• Achieve sales targets set by the company every month/year.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing customers and build a network of new customers.
• Identify new market opportunities and create marketing strategies to attract customers.
• Prepare and present quotations/proposals to customers according to project needs.
• Provide professional product advice & explanation services to customers.
• Follow up with prospects and customers until sales are closed.
• Resolve any customer complaints quickly and effectively and maintain the company's image.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the smooth running of after-sales projects.
• Update sales data and reports, performance and forecasts for management reference.
• Assist marketing activities in planning and implementing sales promotions/campaigns.
• Contribute to content creation such as social media postings, product catalogs, or promotional materials to increase company visibility.
• Monitor market & competitor developments to ensure sales strategies are always relevant.
• Attend training to improve knowledge & skill

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
