・Location: Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur

・Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shift

Minimum Requirements:

Japanese Language: JLPT N1 or N2 (Mandatory)

Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of IT Service Desk / Technical Support experience are welcome to apply

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills

What You'll Be Doing:

・Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, chat, and web

・Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues remotely

・Diagnose and resolve technical issues or escalate when required

・Log, track, and update incidents using a ticketing system

・Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with internal support teams
