Kerja Sepenuh Masa M&E Project Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di i-City Properties Selangor - Maukerja

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/ Building Service or equivalent

Minimum 3 years working experience in supervision of construction and property development

Working knowledge related to construction and property development.

Preferable have M&E working experience in commercial/residential projects.

Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

To supervise daily construction activities, ensuring quality of works and all works carried out/material used is strictly in accordance to specification and required standard

To keep daily record of all construction activities at site and to report to superior of any site problem

To check all construction drawings and specifications and method statement; report for any discrepancies detected

To perform QC policies strictly and to ensure works completed to the required Standards

To attend the inspection and testing carried out by contractor and documented all the reports and results

To attend site meeting and technical meeting

To issue site memo and NCR to contractors for work not complying to the required Quality Standard, Construction Drawings and specifications

To work closely with consultant
