Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge and understanding of shipping documents, import/export procedures, and customs-related requirements.

Able to manage documentation accurately with strong attention to detail.

Possess good communication, coordination, and time management skills with the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.

Assist in managing customs declarations and submissions for K1 and K9.

Prepare and issue official Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices.

Create and process Local Outgoing Requests and Sales Orders.

Maintain and update records related to customer shipments and empty bin tracking.

Compile and update monthly administrative reports for operational review.

Maintain billing records and perform invoice verification.

Liaise and coordinate local shipment activities with Production, Logistics, Business Development departments, and customers.

Support the preparation and arrangement of documents required for license renewals.

Manage import and export shipment arrangements along with the necessary documentation.

Coordinate Marine and GIT Insurance renewal activities.

Assist with accounts receivable-related matters.

Prepare ISO 9001:2015 MSF0901 Annual Customer Satisfaction Report.

Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.

Prepare and provide required documents for audit purposes.

Carry out other ad hoc assignments and responsibilities as assigned.
