Kerja Sepenuh Masa F-B SUPERVISOR, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Ixora Hotel, Penang Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

 To have complete knowledge on food / beverage / service available in sections appointed.  Ensure that Ixora Hotel standards, policies and procedures are explained to staff, and are correctly applied.

 Ensures all team staff know their product knowledge, service and preparation skills to be able to deliver the highest standards of service and selling opportunities.

 Ensures that staff applies the necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards.

 Monitors and ensure smooth operations of the sections appointed (restaurants / banquet / beverage - as applicable).

 To ensure that all function set-up is strictly adhered to the Banquet Minimum Quality Standard.

 To ensure that all Banquet operating equipment are being handled properly and are in working condition at all times.

 To maintain the tidiness of banquet store.

 To minimize and control the breakage of chinaware and glassware.

 Ensures that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage.

 Responsible for the proper usage and good working order of all equipment, furniture and fixtures in the Conferences and Events Section in the shift assigned.

 Maintains consistency in quality of food and beverage / service / full cleanliness of sections appointed.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
