Job Requirements

• Experience in content creation, video editing, social media management, or a related field is an advantage.

• Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Canva, or similar software.

• Able to create engaging and creative video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

• Strong understanding of current social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement.

• Creative, with a good eye for visuals, composition, and storytelling.

• Able to shoot, edit, and produce short-form video content independently.

• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, lighting, and audio is an advantage.

• Good communication skills and able to understand content briefs.

• Able to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.

• Willing to receive feedback and make revisions when required.

• Must have a portfolio or samples of previous content/video editing work.

• Reliable, proactive, and able to deliver content according to the agreed timeline.

• Freelance experience is an advantage, but candidates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging and creative content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

• Develop content ideas, concepts, scripts, and storyboards based on company objectives.

• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form and long-form video content.

• Create photos, graphics, captions, and other visual content for social media.

• Stay updated on current social media trends, viral content, and audience preferences.

• Produce content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content campaigns.

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media content calendar.

• Monitor content performance and provide basic insights for improvement.

• Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and delivered according to deadlines.

• Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches, events, and other marketing activities.

• Perform other content-related tasks as assigned by the management.
