Your new role

Your responsibilities as a Procurement Manager include,

-Lead the end-to-end purchasing function across a manufacturing environment, covering consumables, spare parts, capital equipment and maintenance services.
-Develop and execute strategic sourcing and cost optimisation initiatives, including supplier consolidation, spend analysis and market benchmarking.
-Manage and develop local and international suppliers, leading commercial negotiations on pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties and service agreements.
-Partner closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Projects, Finance and Stores to ensure timely material availability and support business requirements.
-Lead and develop the purchasing team while strengthening supplier management, procurement compliance and negotiation capabilities across the function.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong procurement and strategic soucing experience
• At least 5-8 years of leadership responsibilities
• Manufacturing industry experience with proven capabilities sourcing for machinery, CAPEX, and spare parts for production uses
• Solid stakeholder management experience with strengths managing suppliers and inter-department requests
